My name is Timothy Barrett Jr. I live in Gaylord, MI and I am a descendent of Cyrus and Susannah. My father is Timothy Barrett Sr., his father is Edward, his father was Gaylord, and his father was Alva, and his father was John. I had done some research several years ago and I have some information predating Cyrus and Susannah possibly back as early as 1606. I say possibly because I need to confirm the information, I have found info on the internet but I would like to receive copies of records before I make any claim. I have however viewed actual census records in libraries dating back to Cyrus. And I believe his grandfather fought in the Revolutionary war with the Westchester County Militia. I just started doing more research and now that I have found this website (completely by chance) I will try and keep you informed. Feel free to send me an E-mail and we’ll work on this together.
