Also, I do keep in contact with several of my aunts and cousins (Barretts), we too did have reunions in Williams / Defiance County, but have not been able to cordinate for the past few years. I had done some research several years ago and I have some information predating Cyrus and Susannah possibly back as early as 1606. I say possibly because I need to confirm the information, I have found info on the internet but I would like to receive copies of records before I make any claim. I have however viewed actual census records in libraries dating back to Cyrus. And I believe his grandfather fought in the Revolutionary war with the Westchester County Militia.
